primarily this is just to keep things on level. my ex, the man child he is has asked me to take down the art he offered for the cover, and caus ei'm not a peice of shit, i obliged. mechancially, gonna try to nail out Clout, the remainder of manufactueres, and there has been some minor balance tweaks here and there. attack rolls no suffer a detriment from rolls of 1 on the die, pedestrians are closer and closer to beinbg a vehicle-creature hybrid, with a speed value so that they can scavaneg mid combat, things like that
