Controls Window, Work in Progress!

- Begun adding in the Controls panel. For now, you must click on the Hazy Paw Pets! icon on your windows open-app bar below, then click the button to open the Controls. This is a work in progress ~
- Added + Food button to the Controls panel
- Added Shuffle Colours for tardigrades to the Controls panel
