Rusty Ride Alpha 0.3 update!

I have been working on a new update for Rusty Ride Alpha 0.3, these are some changes:

-Added explosions to the enemy death.
-Added animated grass.
-Added two more layers of parallax, the closest one and a cloud one.
-Added sound and particles to the upgrade system.
-Now enemies shot in random bursts instead of single bullets.
-Added a downgrade system for the player for when it gets hurt. 
-Added a shield upgrade.
