--Fixed the bug where you can't find the tech documents in Shine Town Officials' Association Building.
--Fixed the bugs where you can take bounty before you become a hunter, and can't claim bounty.
--Fixed the bug where Jackson will still be at the bazaar even after you bought him.
--Fixed the bug where buying slaves won't add up the number of slaves in your cage.
--Fixed the bug with Derek's 2nd quest.
