Update, Fixes and a New Lewd Scene!

Hello again!

Thanks to your feedback, I've updated Iacta Est to make changes and iron out various problems, such as:

• Rebalancing certain fights (Triphaena & Quatekh, Unum)
• Minor fixes (behavior of certain artifacts, visual / audio errata, credits amendments)
• General optimization and performance improvement

I also took the opportunity to add some new content:

• Unum has a new ability in his final fight
• Tali now has an illustrated scene that can be reached via dialogue in Night 3
