Update 39 - Image quality + 165 new

• 165 new image options.
• Low resolution images has been upscaled.
• Fixed a bug with upgrading mod to newer version.
• Fixed issue with parsing some abilities.

Some images have issues with their outlines, I will look at that at a later time.
