Poroto - Randomly spawning power-up barrels

[Poroto-typing - Jun 9] Level 4 - Introducing the power ups! Now the barrels trigger enhanced abilities like a High Jump, as well as Increased Speed. Right now there is no user feedback set up to let the player know, except for the obvious change in controls, but all UX things related will come down the line.
