v0.5.5b - some more bugfixes!

- Fixed a bug where enemies were still active during boss fights (this was evident with the Millennium Museum area 2 boss, where one of the cloud enemies could wander into the boss fight)
- Adjusted the soul slasher so that it doesn't deactivate when you're near a wall, as the new collision code prevents any issues with it not deactivating properly
- Adjusted the size and hitbox of Millennium Museum area 1's miniboss to be a little easier to dodge
- Fixed a bug where crouching on a moving platform heading upwards would get you stuck in the platform, unable to walk left or right
- Adjusted the timing on the sword attacks to make the third slash easier to execute
