Version 0.5.8.1, Big hud changes

This is a pretty cool update, it adds a whole new HUD system, the helmet is now an item that you can put on and take off.

First to take the helmet off you must put one on, you can do this buy walking close enough to the helm to pick it up, right click it with the cursor, it should have an orange highlight if you can pick it up... be careful not to kick the helmet around!

Let's say you wanna kick you're new found hud to the curb, well you can do that by simply pressing "H"! doing so will remove you're helmet and set it down in front of you to practice for linebacker tryouts!

• removable helmet "H" to remove (dropped helmet is physics-y)

• can summon helmet with "H" in debug mode

• highlight grapple targets when helmet is on
