Game flow and more

we did a lot of fixes, so I wanted to put this version out before waiting for the full upgrade tree:

• added owner system (first person to join)
• added matches and rounds (rounds don't currently do anything)
• fixed scoreboard
• fixed first hit not registering
• fixed double kill
• made lobby a bit more clear
• team selection in lobby
• reset ammo on death/match start
• health fix
