Added offline versions (Windows, Linux, macOS, Android)

Now I have also uploaded the offline versions for playing without internet. These versions can be used also to save mobile data (download once, play many times). I don't have macOS so I don't know the install instructions for macOS, but the zip file created by GDevelop is uploaded and can be downloaded and used by someone that knows how to use it.
