Bug Fixes, SFX, and Story Clarification

What's included in this patch:

• Fixed more typos
• Fixed a few images that weren't showing correctly
• Fixed Ch5 conversation with Pansy
• Added ambient sound to previously silent scenes.
• Added clarification to the Ch5 Bonus Scene (photos)
• Added a "Both" option for Ch6's end scene (Pre-bonus scene)

Features to come:

• Working on a system to show what answers are the "best" answers for second playthrough.
• Chapter picker for second playthrough, so you can go back and replay any chapter.
• An indicator on the chapter picker screen if you've unlocked the bonus scene or not in previous playthrough (if there is one).
