v0.1.1 - Bug fixes and UX improvements
Fixed issues found in 0.1.0 and implemented some features playtesters asked for.

- Made difficulty affect enemy attack speed
- Added fade effect when moving between floors
- Game difficulty is now shown when playing and on win/death screens
- Add animation when receiving ward
- Improved sound effects
- Removed "disable post-processing" option: it was causing a game-breaking bug in the browser
