Karloman is an updated version of a game I did for a winter competition 10 years ago. In the attached screenshot you can see some of the changes:
- Higher resolution (but not nearly HD)
- Backgrounds that make sense
- The main character is not a Santa any more
- Less clutter in the HUD
- Some of the sprites are slightly reworked
Changes that are not visible are:
- Reworked movement so it feels more like a grid puzzle game (and will less likely be confused for a platformer)
- Some extra puzzle elements
- An extra world (screenshots soon)
- More cutscenes (the original only had an intro and a scene before the boss)
