Most of this update is really just making the cartridge work with Kate v0.23.8. But at least it’s gonna be the last one because of that.
The game content hasn’t really changed, save for a couple of very minor line editing here and there to patch things that read a bit weird. But! I did change the text font for a better contrasting one. Trying to read it on a mobile phone was… not the greatest experience. And that’s likewise true of physical Kate devices (it has a 4” screen — even smaller than most phones nowadays).
There are other minor improvements from just upgrading the embedded Kate emulator from 0.23.4 to 0.23.8, mostly improved support on mobile phones (and iOS in particular). Screenshots work, video recording works on anything that isn’t Safari.
Still, there’s some things I want to add to this before a final release, but they’ll likely only happen next year (I have been… busier than I had hoped this year).
