0.3.0 - Fires and improvements

Hello there!

New update has arrived! What's new? Take a look:

• Post processing effects
• Fires and firefighters system
• No connection to road system(explanation on the screen)
• Small visual changes: fading in/out people, new billboard shader for icons and growing tree animation
• People walking on marketplace(the number of walking people is proportional to the number of houses in the area)
• Need of faith for I lvl citizens
• Fixed a gold income display bug
• Fixed a crash bug

• Battle mode(a little example on the screen)
• Tutorial
