Build 23-09 - Usability Improvements and Bug Fixes
A new update (23-09) of Old School Football Coach is here! The new changes include the following:
Improvements
- Various menus and information screens have had usability improvements added. For example, the user's team or players will now be highlighted when viewing recruit rankings, league standings, or player stats, making them easier to pick out of the list.
- In Career mode it is now possible to see a player's stats over the course of their whole career, broken down by year.
- Wide receivers are now smarter about the route they take to catch a thrown ball. This change should reduce the number of incomplete passes, especially for throws in the middle of the field.
- Some grammar improvements have been made to the news headlines in Career mode.
- Fixed a bug that could cause teams to have corrupted depth charts if the teams were imported into the game from the League Management screen. This bug would cause invalid, often overpowered players to be on the field during games.
- Fixed a rare bug that could cause the game to crash when trying to save player stats after a game was played.
Happy Coaching!
