- Added Global Settings to allow position/scaling of all layers at once
- Added Blend Modes
- Added a "Scale Filter" checkbox (smooths textures when they are scaled)
- Added a Duplicate button for layers
Changes:
- Changed the various layer-editing buttons into icons
