This update's been a long time coming. Changes include:
* Increased the cap on known spells at each level in the class so more are available, allowing for greater character diversity and utility
* Added a new subclass, the severer, specializing in the disruption of other spellcasters and dealing incidental force damage
* Minor tweaks to a few spells, mostly the equivalent of bugfixes by adding clarity to spell descriptions
* Fixed up other poopy formatting errors and typos
