Hotfix 1

• Fixed collision to the ivy tiles by the alchemy lab and the infirmry;
• Fixed a type error in Jenny's (library) conversation;
• Added NPCs sell options, it was removed by mistake;
• Added information about works (quests) to the guild master dialog regarding friends;

Old save files may not work well.
