0.3.2 testing

Testing for 0.3.2 !

• Redid many of the code work for animations. This will allow me to easily add more playable characters and VNs
• New art tiles for old content. Things may be wrong, I will have to go back and fix it
• WIP on the Seal of Wind. The dungeon is mostly complete. I just need to finish a few cutscenes and events
