The Oath of Lightning is focused on increased range and movement, perfect for synchronizing with a speedy weapon.
The Oath of Beasts gives you more feral power, really leaning into the "going rabid" feeling of going berserk.
The Oath of Conquest is the one that is, narratively, closest to the heart of Tyger, Tyger. It's focused on control of the Beast at the cost of your own health.
