Day 1 update!

Hello there!

Two small changes:

1. Load Game button now does nothing on click on initial game start (when there is no saved game state). Previously, the game would attempt to load with the entire game state set to default values, which included placing the player and enemy positions at (0, 0, 0), causing both to spawn outside of the vessel.
2. Added option to select between Windowed and Fullscreen modes.
