This hotfix actually fixes an issue with Balance status calculation.
Now attack damage and healing done should be calculated correctly.

Fixed an issue where Balance status calculations were working in a undesirable way.
=> That means your attacks and healings will most likely not hit for nearly 1, if your character has high Balance, and target doesn't have high defense.
Fixed an issue where the game was taking the attack and healing target Balance status, instead of the one executing the action.
