Update 2023-08-19b

Changes:

• Added a volume meter to make it easier to see when your voice crosses the threshold
• Added a "soft fall" option under the Advanced menu

Bugfixes:

• Fixed an issue where blink animations would be restarted on each blink, whilst "Sync Playback" was active
  • They will still be restarted when "Sync Playback" is turned off
• Fixed an issue where Sprite Sheets with non-integer frame sizes would "creep" (due to frames previously being locked to integer size)
  • I would advise having integer-sized frames anyway, as it makes a cleaner image
• Fixed an issue where clicking the "set hotkey" button in the Hotkeys menu would activate all "set hotkey" buttons in all open tabs, and always set the first one regardless of which was clicked
  • Now only the clicked hotkey button will accept the recorded key
  • Tabs no longer collapse when the hotkey changes
