Speed Control, UI, and Store Updates
- Added speed control buttons in-battle
- For a chosen clan room, that clan now has a chance of minions 1 level higher showing up in the store. The first card in the store is also guaranteed to be from that clan.
- Increased distance of item icon above minion so it's not covered by large pets like Rocky
- Add sparkles to show cards that can be combined in store
