HORUS Spectre 1.1 Changelog:
- Unsigned Instrument of Surrender buffed, going from 3 self-Heat to 2 self-Heat to use.
- Anti-Surveillance Countermeasures now outright cancels the Lock On if the opponent fails the Systems save.
- "Swansong" Homing Lance reduced from 2d6+2 to 1d6+4 Damage, but loses the Loading tag.
- (LCP) Thrown tag fixed in display method for Chain Spear.
