Hi so in this devlog I would like to talk about my decision to switch from Unity to Unreal...
I have spent many hours making shaders in unity so that I can have shadows, lighting and so on... But I founded out that normal maps in 2d sprites are only one sided.
From what I've seen in UE5 there is paper 2D thing which already has these things made. I already know a bit of C++ so that will not be hard. It will take time to adjust to the interface and the differences but I think it will be worth it.
