Update v150

This update fixes a few bugs I've encountered during the indiecade

• Fixes demo version restarting in an unclean state
• The help dialog shown in the company creation wizard no longer overlaps the wizard buttons to avoid confusion
• When saving a lot of data, the game now prompts a little "Saving game" window
• Fixed an issue where the first in-game tutorial screen would not pause the game despite saying so
• The "F1 - Help" button is back
