v1.5.3 - German, japanese and minor updates

After spending a bit of time creating some basic translation, Rue is now available on the following languages:

• German
• Japanese

This is just an initial translation, most likely will need some more polish later on. Here’s a few pictures of the translations:

This build also features a bit of polish on the animation of the menus, to make things a bit more pleasing on the eye.
