patch 7: the health update
- health pickups added. they drop from spawners at a rate inversely proportional to how much health you have.
- sfx on player hit.
- screen flashes red on player hit (and pale blue on health pickup)
this should hopefully address one of the biggest points of feedback i’ve gotten, which is that it’s not obvious when you take damage.
