Fairy Cabs - version 1.01

I've got some feedback, with some very good points (thanks Jesse).  So here's what's been updated to the game:

• Skip Intro and tutorial: The game now asks if you want to skip the intro and the tutorial. Pretty handy for those who failed the first level.
• The game levels require less gold to complete now. The game also mentions how much gold you need to complete a level.
• The customers's speed has increased. They'll enter and leave faster now.
• If you purchase the carpet upgrade, not only does the MC's speed increases, but also the speed of interacting with the book and dolls.
