Everything is better, everywhere, all at once

I completely redid the ragdoll (he has clothes now and can lose body parts), re-worked the spikes, and added limb detachment, blood effects,  music, and sound effects. 

Those screams of horror you hear as you're torn limb from limb by the spike rain? Voiced by yours truly :)
