In the previous devlog, I added bullet impacts. They were a little buggy and looked kind of out of place. But I’ve made some modifications. Put simply, the colour of the impact changes based on what it hits. Actually looks alright.
Also, you might have noticed destroying blocks leaves behind dust.
Nothing much, just testing replacing the explosion particle effect with a sprite.
Well last week I was experiencing a few technical difficulties, so that slowed me down a bit.
Last week, I was going through a few personal things, so I appologise for not making much progress, hopefully next week they’ll be more to show.
I’m only planning to add one or two visual features, and a few sounds. Other than that, I’m ready to start making levels. So not long till that.
