patch 5: the colt single action army

few new things in this update!

• i have changed the UI typography to better match the logo typography.
• the game now does setup and loading on a thread so i can display a loading message instead of the executable taking one thousand years to actually open the window.
• new gun! the greatest handgun ever made: the colt single-action army. six bullets. more than enough to kill anything that moves. this is now the starting weapon for all runs.
