Features:
- Photosensitivity warning added at the beginning of the game
- Boot Screen with progress added
Bug fixes:
- Fixed: Chance of Exception when destroying the Skull of Doom before its satellites
- Fixed: Raygun lights up way too much the player's ship
- Fixed: Damage numbers can appear very late when too many on screen
- Fixed: Raygun damage is not slightly random as other weapons
- Fixed: Raygun fires and has to wait for cooldown even if there are no targets available
- Fixed: Multi-shot exploder shouldn't count itself
Misc:
- Cap raygun range
- Multi-shot exploder now uses percentage of weapon damage as damage
- Mine damage now scales with distance from start
- Rebalance pulse cannon projectile count to start at 2
