Releasing DiffusionMagic 3 with Stable Diffusion XL support. Run stable diffusion on low VRAM GPUs.

- Added Controlnet workflows-Canny, MLSD (Line control), Normal, HED, Pose, Depth, Scribble, Segmentation
- Added Pytorch 2.0 support
