Tower Changes
//Scout
-3-x path now gives a 15% range buff to any tower that isnt a scout
//Outlaw
-Base outlaw cooldown nerfed to have a 1.2 second cooldown instead of 1
-Backpack nerfed to give 7 bullets instead of 10
//Demolitionist
-Doomsday device cost increased from 30k to 35k
//Generator
-2-x buff, now takes to take 183$ every 20 seconds
-3-x buff, now takes 230$ every 15 seconds
-4-x buff, now takes 300$ every 15 seconds
//RageGunner
-Rage Eternal price nerf from 5k to 8.5k
-RageBlade is now much faster when pursuing enemies.
Others
//Bug fixes
-I rembered that stupid almanac towers thing not masking properly
-You cant have 4-4 anymore
-Generator doesent take money unless the game starts

-Darkest hour replaced with lag modifier

-Added a brightness setting
-I probably did 100+ optimizations on the models and added LOD groups. Your game
will now run smoothly even with 200+ enemies and 60 towers
