Merged Settings

Didn't have a lot of time.

• New turrets shoot slower to make the game easier
• There is now a warning whenever a turrets spawns
• The Main Menu Settings and the In-Game Settings are now accessible from both In-Game and, the Main Menu
• The turret under the platform can no longer be destroyed
• Zoom in while holding the sniper by pressing the right mouse button
