Version 1.0.2: the mercy update

WARNING: SPOILERS AHEAD.

Small update to spare players from the horrors of bad level balancing.
- Enemies from the Pizza Town raid have been nerfed, and now stepping on the town during the final part of the game doesn't feel like the image shown above.
- Actual credits! Now you know who you can blame for making this game!
- New song added to the ending.
- Upgraded minimap: now there's a green dot in the middle. Amazing.
- Minor bug fixes.
