changelog for release 1.0.1 bugfixes:

1. monitors with a higher refresh rate now shouldn't run faster than people with slower refresh rates
2. selling vehicles doesn't lag the game anymore
3. upon leaving the game, player's name is deleted from the names (this prevents Xx_name_xX happening upon rejoining)

changes:

1. the money gui is moved one pixel down and isn't an eyesore anymore
