Relatively small update this week with a focus on polishing some existing features and UI.

Gameplay
- Improved the attraction movement from the XP Magnet.
UI
- Reworked the Upgrades/Artifacts UI, making it easier to read with a bit of added context and with more difference between Artifacts and normal Upgrades Rolls.
- Hovering an Upgrade/Artifact with the mouse now highlights it.
- Reworked the Shield UI. Shield is now displayed separately from Health, right above it and in a similar way.
- Improved Health & Shield loss/gain animation, rather than hving the whole life blinking, it only blinks for the amount that has changed.
- HUD now properly refreshes upon changing Language.
- Added a few localizations. Still missing for now are all the Upgrades/Artifacts texts as well as the Wave Start/Clear texts.
Other
- The menu’s AI now makes better choices of upgrades, being more regular in its runs.
- Fixed Settings not being saved. This only applies to executable builds and not the web version.
