A new piece of music: New Star

I recently wrote a new piece of music, called New Star. I experimented with electronic synths and tried to blend with a rather lush strings orchestra. I quite like the results that is dreamy and atmospheric. From a more technical standpoint, the piece is constructed around a double harmonic pedal, that creates a strong sense of tension through the first part of the piece that is then relieved towards the end.
