Tracks and bug fixes

Fixes AI cars occasionally turning into hovercrafts after being knocked into the air, plus other minor bugs.

Two new circuits added for "race" mode:

• Big Loop - A large circuit around the outside of the town.
• Alleys - Complex twisting circuit through several alleyways.
