V0.6.3 Art Pass

Hey, small update today!

Revising some animations to give them a better sense of movement and lessen the stiffness. Walk animation now dynamically adjusts play rate depending on how fast a unit is.

I've also experimented with compressing all UI assets to give them a more crunchy jpeg feel.
