-Oxygen equipment will now not be lost when dying
-Added an oxygen equipment counter to UI
-Fixed wall collisions so there are no invisible walls (you can now get to the end!)
-Some changes to monster AI
-Added credits to the end (props to all devs!)
-Minimap now shows a larger area
-Changes to death sequence (both oxygen and monster deaths)
-Changed red flare physics behavior
-Some corrections to text UI
