Balloon Bound v1.0.0

Update:

This is it for the Balloon Bound updates! I may come back to improve upon this in the future but I will now focus on another project with a tentative name called "Haunted", and as the name implies, it's a 3D horror game. As for Balloon Bound, I have finally converted it to WebGL. (Yey, no downloads!)

Changelog:

• Added a new type of Obstacle, the Bird. (Behavior: After descending for some time, it will fly back up. It is also significantly faster than the Balloons)
• Updated spawner code and added another spawner pattern labeled - Impossible. You will see :)
