New build!

Changes:

• Segmented map, added chain object sitting between the two and swaying with speed.
• Added "override speed" option to cheats to allow client to override server-reported speed.
• Haven't worked out what bug is stopping the shovel from working in auto-builds when it currently works for me in visual studio.
• Fixed menu appearing initially at full opacity.
