After some more suggestions from people playing the game, I have made some more changes and fixed some more stuff.
Conveyor belts now move players and cowgirls.
Structures now automatically snap to right next to another structure when placing (to use this effect, hold space while placing and hold the cursor over the other structure).
The funnels now have little arrows that show where they will drop items.
Items are no longer in the way of placing structures. All structures can now be placed on top of items.
You can now left and right click on the dialogue box to go to next and previous line.
Added a way to fullscreen the game. Alt enter to toggle fullscreen. (it's a bit of an oversight that this wasn't in the game to begin with).
Player and cowgirl hitboxes are now slightly smaller.
The main menu now shows the version of the game.
