SFX Update 1.2

Hello!

Another SFX Update, this time with the general ambience, player stepping, and bug fixes + optimization

Added:

• Sound for moving the vehicle
• New sound for missile button
• Ambience

Fixes:

• Adjusted hitbox for moving the mode button to make it easier to click
• Fixed issue where you would softlock if you were hit while in a mode transition
